Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to review resumes, set up interviews, and comprehend the needs for apprentice workforce.
- Oversee vendor and stakeholder collaboration while helping with apprentice onboarding and offboarding procedures and associated paperwork.
- Assure prompt and seamless onboarding process conclusion within the specified TAT.
- To guarantee correctness and complete compliance in HR systems, update and maintain apprentice data on a regular basis.
- Find new suppliers to help with the onboarding procedure.
- Hold certification-related NAPS/NATS apprentice assessment drives
