Roles & Responsibilities
- Locate possible applicants via internet resources (such as social media sites and business networks).
- Arrange for the interview and selection process, which should include phone interviews, in-person interviews, and assessments.
- Use our Applicant Tracking System to evaluate candidate data, like as resumes and contact information.
