Roles & Responsibilities
- Use job portals, Boolean searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter to find possible candidates.
- Find and contact passive applicants for available positions
- Examine resumes to determine pertinent credentials and abilities
- Perform preliminary phone interviews to assess fundamental role alignment and culture fit.
- Serve as candidates’ main point of contact during the recruiting process.
- Make sure the interview goes smoothly, professionally, and amicably.
- Arrange for candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
- Oversee many interview rounds in various time zones
- Help with content creation for the careers page and LinkedIn
- Promote the employer brand and work culture of Paytm.
