Roles & Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding and offboarding, manage employee documentation and HR records, maintain HRIS systems, and process confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and payroll inputs.
- Business Partnering & Performance Support: Assist the HRBP in executing HR strategies aligned with business goals, support manpower planning and workforce analytics, coordinate performance management cycles, and contribute to change initiatives.
- Program Management & Internal Communication: Develop and execute communication plans for HR programs (engagement, learning, wellness, policy updates), draft internal communications, coordinate creative assets, and track program effectiveness and participation metrics.
- Employee Engagement & Experience: Plan and execute engagement initiatives, support surveys and feedback mechanisms, and assist in grievance handling and employee relations processes.
