Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handling identification, selection, negotiation, and onboarding of new vendors for the P&M business
2. Ensuring a good customer experience; coordinating with vendors before, during, and after the movement to ensure the customer movement is on track
3. Identifying and plugging gaps wherever necessary through timely intervention
