Roles & Responsibilities
- Build a high-quality prospect database for Great Place To Work India’s retail vertical.
- Research and identify high-potential companies and accounts that align with defined target segments.
- Develop and maintain a clean, accurate, and continuously growing prospect database.
- Identify and verify relevant senior HR decision-makers across target organisations.
- Enrich account records with relevant information from credible sources.
- Conduct competitor and peer mapping to identify new prospecting opportunities.
- Maintain structured, CRM-ready data in accordance with established naming, classification, and quality standards.
- Leverage research, data, and AI tools to enhance the speed and quality of account intelligence while independently validating findings.
