Roles & Responsibilities

1. Deliver excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat by addressing customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
2. Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation to track interactions and feedback.
5. Collaborate with the customer service team to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
6. Participate in training sessions and workshops to strengthen customer service skills and knowledge of products and services.
7. Foster a positive work environment by engaging with team members and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
