Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing the recruiting team’s talent acquisition activities with a high level of efficiency and enthusiasm.
- Working with hiring managers and candidates to provide a quick and easy interview process.
- Keeping track of the schedule and setting up interviews.
- Maintaining candidate pipeline trackers, as well as creating and presenting reports and insights.
- Keeping dashboards and job sites up to date.
- For a smooth and enjoyable experience, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (candidates).
- Taking full control of TA-related work will boost the team’s overall efficiency.
- Maintaining long-term ties with future and previous applicants.
Requirements
- Proactive in nature.
- Able to work at pace and eager to learn in a rapid environment.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Office tools, and Google Drive tools.
- Passionate towards solving problems.
- Aspiration to build your career in talent acquisition.
