Roles & Responsibilities

  • Participate in and enhance the hardware solutions that we create.
  • Presents findings to the team and architects via performance instrumentation.
  • Consider innovative, creative, and strategic approaches to user experience visualization and communication.
  • With advice from others, it implements or suggests technical solutions to common quality and design problems (such as logic design, verification, circuit design, physical design, and design for test).
  • Writes comprehensive test cases, test benches, or automation for design verification using established procedures.
  • Helps create tests for formal pre-silicon verification of subsystems within a single block; these tests include signal integrity checks and the use of simulation and emulation tools to avoid errors or failures before to production.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics/Computer Science Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge or classes in the following fields:

  • Courses in microelectronics and VLSI
  • Design and simulation of digital logic
  • Object-Oriented Data Structures and Programming
  • Embedded Firmware and Systems
  • Understanding of UVM, test benches, and verification concepts
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and C/C++
  • Knowledge of digital timing analysis, synthesis, and place-n-route
  • Circuit design, encompassing solid-state devices and VLSI design
