Roles & Responsibilities
As a Datacenter Technician Intern, you will work closely with Microsoft’s infrastructure teams and support day-to-day operations within the data center environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in deployment of on-site datacenter physical infrastructure
- Install, replace, and troubleshoot network cables and hardware components
- Handle data-bearing devices such as hard drives and solid-state drives
- Work within a ticket-based support system to track and resolve issues
- Support equipment movement using pallet jacks or assisted lifting tools
- Assist the Datacenter Inventory and Asset Management Team (DIAT) with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency
- Demonstrate and embody Microsoft’s culture and core values

Eligibility Criteria
