- Analyze demand drivers including:

- Assess sustainability of current office leasing momentum and provide a 1–3 year market outlook
- Track:
- Rental trends

- New office supply pipelines

2. Occupier Mapping & Intelligence
- Identify and profile existing and emerging companies expanding in Bangalore, with emphasis on GCCs
- Build and maintain a database of target companies and key decision-makers
- Conduct primary and secondary research on occupier portfolios and expansion plans
- Coordinate meetings with identified occupiers along with the ATR South team
- Participate in client meetings and interviews to understand business outlook and real estate requirements
- Prepare structured questionnaires and capture insights from stakeholder discussions
3. Business Development Support
- Convert research insights into presentations and pitch materials for potential clients
- Identify real estate opportunities from occupier expansion plans
- Assist the team with lead generation and pipeline tracking
