Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with hiring by finding applicants, reviewing applications, setting up interviews, and overseeing applicant pipelines.
- Assist with the onboarding procedure by organizing paperwork and leading new hire orientations.
- Use MS-Excel to analyze HR data and produce insightful reports that aid in decision-making.
- Assist in the creation and execution of HR procedures and policies to optimize operations.
- To improve current procedures and boost productivity, examine HR trends and best practices for hiring.
