Roles & Responsibilities
- Assistance with Onboarding
Help with organizing the paperwork and pre-joining procedures.
Arrange for induction meetings and make sure the onboarding process runs smoothly.
Ensure that personnel records in HR systems are kept up to date. - Coordination of Training
Assistance with setting up in-person and virtual training sessions.
For training programs, keep track of attendance and feedback.
Help with the upkeep of training reports and calendars. - Engagement of Employees
Assist in organizing and carrying out events and activities that involve employees.
Get input and provide suggestions to raise staff engagement and morale.
Encourage internal communication campaigns. - Management of Vendors
Organize events, training, and other HR services in coordination with outside suppliers.
Keep track on vendor performance and keep records.
Help with invoicing and payment processing.
Requirements
- Pursuing or having just finished a degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- The capacity to multitask and operate in a hectic setting.
- Proactiveness and attention to detail.

The Edelweiss internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
