Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Welcome and converse with clients, learning about their requirements and preferences in order to suggest appropriate used cars.
- Support: Communicate clearly and help clients with simple problems. Product Knowledge: Acquire and exchange knowledge about procedures and services pertaining to automobiles.
- Sales Exposure: Gain practical experience in cross-selling, upselling, and customer interaction.
- Documentation Assistance: Helps clients understand the necessary paperwork and procedures.
