About PharmEasy
PharmEasy is an Indian online pharmacy providing medicines, diagnostic tests, and telemedicine services.
Dharmil Sheth and Dhaval Shah launched the business in Mumbai in 2015, with the initial seed funding provided by their parents. The company obtained Series A funding with the intention of growing outside of the Mumbai market.
For an undisclosed sum, PharmEasy purchased rival online pharmacy Medlife in May 2021. For ₹4,546 crore (US$613.5 million), the business purchased a 66.1% share in diagnostics chain Thyrocare in June 2021. It bought the bulk of Aknamed, a provider of healthcare supply chains, in September 2021.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Employee onboarding: Organize and assist new hires with a seamless onboarding process, including paperwork, induction, and first day experience.
- Staff engagement: To improve team culture and raise staff morale, organize and carry out interesting projects and activities.
- Employee Connect: Establish confidence and maintain frequent touchpoints by acting as a dependable point of contact for staff members in the Bangalore office.
- HR operations & support: Help with HR administrative duties include managing online databases, liaising with central HR staff, and assisting with compliance or payroll procedures.
- Question resolution: Quickly and sympathetically respond to employee inquiries on HR regulations, benefits, leave, and other topics.
- HR Business Partner (HRBP) support: Serve as an HRBP for a small team of workers, including assistance with team dynamics, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and pulse checks.
- Culture champion: Assist in fostering and advancing PharmEasy’s inclusive culture and core principles throughout the workplace.

Perks
Stipend: Rs.25,000 – 30,000 / month
