Roles & Responsibilities
- Request our campus programs from the MBA institutes.
- Compile information and evaluate prospective students’ applications.
- Work with students and placement coordinators to plan the entire campus experience, including the pre-, on-, and post-campus phases.
- Keep an eye on the campus’s activities both before and after joining
- Keep an eye on and carry out campus program chores following Tata AIA onboarding
- Oversee a calendar for every program started on campus.
- Manage the documentation for applicant personnel files prior to employment 8. Make sure the business has a thorough, best-in-class onboarding procedure for campus workers.
