Mokobara is a lifestyle brand that sells luggage, backpacks, totes, travel accessories, and women’s handbags. Some of their products include trolley luggage with features like silent wheels, plug and chargers for phones, and an inbuilt compression system. Mokobara was founded in 2020 by Sangeet Agrawal and Navin Parwal.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via calls or chat who are interested in purchasing Mokobara products and require assistance
- Provide detailed product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of each product to potential customers
- Represent and articulate the Mokobara brand identity in customer interactions
- Manage performance targets, maintain internal dashboards, and ensure regular updates

The Mokobara internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.13,000 – 15,000 /month
