Roles & Responsibilities
- Keeping backup copies of employee data to guarantee data security and preparedness for recovery.
- Setting up and debugging access credentials and passkeys for safe system use.
- Setting up new laptops and prepping them with appropriate software and specifications.
- Keeping track of device allocation and inventory management for IT assets.
- Managing network equipment, RPA PCs, and basic internet problems in an office setting.
- Assisting with ad hoc or temporary duties like Zoho WorkDrive backups and associated IT support tasks.
