Roles & Responsibilities
1. Outbound calling: Make proactive efforts to connect with prospective customers from certain segments.
2. Engaging clients: Make introduction contacts, ascertain their problems, and offer pertinent Delhivery solutions
3. Data gathering and reporting: Ensure that client contacts are accurately documented and call data is recorded in the appropriate systems.
4. Market research: To facilitate fruitful client discussions, stay current on market trends and rival product offerings.
5. Assist the team responsible for business development: Help with managing escalation and providing client service
