It is an e-commerce portal that operates in multiple areas, including fashion, beauty, luxury, footwear and accessories, and so on. With its distinctive omnichannel marketplace strategy, it provides customers with the ease of easy pick-up and returns, as well as faster delivery (by shipping from store) across more than 1,000 stores and 1,200+ brands in more than 100 Indian towns and cities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create daily CRM channel planning schedules: Make thorough daily planning calendars that specify the themes, timing, and frequency of content for every CRM channel. Make sure that the campaign’s overarching goals and the preferences of the target audience are aligned.
- Coordinate with the Design and Content Teams: Work together with the design and content teams to create marketing materials that are appropriate for every CRM channel. Make sure that every asset speaks to the target audience and is in line with the campaign’s goals.
- Manage the entire planning and execution process: Organize and lead the creation and implementation of CRM campaigns from inception to completion. Keep an eye on and oversee the implementation process to guarantee that campaigns are carried out efficiently and on time.
- Examine Daily Campaign effectiveness: Using pertinent indicators like click-through rates (CTRs) and open rates, evaluate CRM campaign effectiveness on a regular basis. Utilize the knowledge gathered to improve future campaign optimization and planning techniques for better outcomes.
