Roles & Responsibilities
- Training dashboard creation and publication: Create, update, and distribute interactive dashboards that show feedback metrics, participation patterns, and learner progress.
- PowerPoint preparation and presentation assistance: Make and polish aesthetically appealing PowerPoint presentations for information exchange and training sessions.
- Data reporting and compilation: To aid in analytics and decision-making, gather, purify, and arrange training data from various sources.
- Encourage technical academy initiatives: Help organize and publicize continuing education courses and technical challenges.
- Documentation: Gathering information, compiling it, and creating reports based on it.
- Management of feedback and surveys: Create and distribute feedback forms; examine survey data to find areas where training could be improved.

Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
