About Blissclub

Roles & Responsibilities
- Make a lot of cold calls to prospective responders in order to actively recruit for the study.
- Make outgoing calls to possible respondents by dialing through the supplied lists of phone numbers, ensuring that the intended audience is successfully reached.
- Use phone conversations, emails, and other communication channels to find, qualify, and cultivate networking and list-building opportunities.
- Recognize corporate needs, pain spots, and recruitment requirements in order to customize pitches.
- Keep a database of leads, prospects, and follow-up actions current and well-organized.
- Clearly state the call’s goal and engage the respondent in accordance with the specifications.
- Accurately record answers or as verify interest in accordance with objectives (e.g., recruitment, screening, appointment setup)
- Keep thorough and precise call logs.
Requirements
- Showcase ease in cold calling
- Sales background is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism on calls
