Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as beta users’ main point of contact across all channels.
- Show empathy while responding to questions, comments, and grievances
- Monitor problems, feature gaps, and user behavior and provide the product team with insights.
- Assist with feature testing and produce user messaging, scripts, and FAQs
- Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs; fundamental research capabilities

Stipend: Rs.8,000 – 10,000 / month
