Roles & Responsibilities
- Arrange for new hires to get relocation incentives such as airfare and lodging.
- Assist the HR operations team with new hire BGV initiation.
- Collaborate with newcomers in document collection.
- Assist with onboarding efforts to ensure a positive first impression.
- Organize your documents.
- Follow up on the employee’s missing data in order to complete the personnel file.
- Assist with the upkeep of the employee database.
- Assist with the development of fair corporate policies, the implementation of inclusion initiatives, and the use of objective hiring practises.
- Work on all internal and external communication for I&D, including the business website, social media sites, job descriptions, and internal documentation.
- Encourage diversity networks to guarantee that all groups in the organisation have a voice.
- Develop diversity analytics to better understand and track organisational performance, including legal obligations.
- Recognize excellent practises and identify external trends that may enhance workforce diversity.
- Maintain ties with firms that deal with diversity, with the goal of collaborating and strengthening your company’s brand.
- Use diversity and inclusion training to prepare for and create connections among coworkers.
- Assist in the planning of diversity and inclusion training sessions.

The Airbus Group internship will be for a period of 6 months.
