Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Support the sales team with lead management, order processing, and customer coordination
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and service-related requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests
- Support day-to-day concierge services and customer support operations to deliver a seamless customer experience
