Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide support to HR Business Partners in managing daily HR operations
- Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding activities
- Support learning and development programs, including training coordination and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage HR documentation, maintain data records, and assist with MIS reporting
- Contribute to HR projects focused on employee engagement, policy implementation, and process improvements
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders as needed
