Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in performing bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions
Support preparation of financial statements and reports for management review
Accurately input and maintain financial data, including budgets and cost information, in spreadsheets
Track expenditures by processing and recording expense data in a timely manner
Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets
Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive efficiency
Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives to support departmental objectives
Build a strong understanding of organizational financial systems and processes
Assist in monitoring and analyzing budgets and expenditures
