Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with employment procedures, such as finding applicants, setting up interviews, and communicating with hiring managers
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires by organizing paperwork, leading orientation sessions, and supporting training initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and secrecy by managing and updating HR databases and employee records.
- Help plan HR-related events and activities to raise staff morale and involvement.
- Assistance with performance management procedures, including performing assessments and giving staff members feedback
- Assist in producing HR presentations and reports for management’s consideration and decision-making
- Work together with HR team members on a range of projects and activities to improve Practo’s overall employee experience.

Duration
The Practo internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.12,000 – 15,000 / month
