Roles & Responsibilities
- Make organized outgoing calls to physicians in order to coordinate service-related matters.
- Respond professionally and accurately to incoming questions from physicians.
- Keep thorough logs of every interaction within the CRM or system.
- Coordinate information requests or escalations with the operations, support, and business internal teams.
- Provide the team with prompt comments and insights from physicians to enhance the process.
- Make sure that all communications adhere to compliance, confidentiality, and quality requirements.
- Create and submit reports on call activity, feedback, and problem solving on a daily or weekly basis.

Duration
The Practo internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.5,000 – 15,000 / month
