Roles & Responsibilities
- Effective online accessibility of the portfolio for their individual brands through collaboration with the sourcing team on demand forecasting, customer ordering, fulfillment, and go live
- Media assets and material uploads throughout the selection, as well as the offer’s configuration and compliance
- Comfortably working with data to plan and budget for the best possible brand investments on the appropriate platforms
- Preserving customer claims, collection effectiveness, and other account financial metrics
- Engage in tactical and strategic negotiations in a fast-paced, flexible channel.
- Collaborating closely with the teams responsible for customer service, demand planning, business finance, capability, and shopper marketing to accomplish shared goals for long-term customer top-lines
- Actively search for growth opportunities on the platform using data and customer engagement, then take appropriate action
Skills
- Graduate/Master’s degree
- Experience in e-commerce set-up will be preferred.
- Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
- Looking for talent with – owners mindset, passion and agility
- Microsoft Excel proficiency will be an addon
