Roles & Responsibilities
- To find trends, opportunities, and insights, conduct market research.
- Support supply management by engaging with captains (driver-partners) and guaranteeing seamless operations.
- Assist in increasing corporate operations by detecting on-ground difficulties (voice of captains).
- Work with city teams to track success indicators and update daily dashboards.
- Identify gaps and recommend practical changes.
