Roles & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end income tax filing and GST registration processes for clients
- Address customer queries and coordinate with Chartered Accountants to ensure smooth execution of services
- Schedule client meetings, track progress, and ensure timely compliance-related updates and follow-ups
- Assist clients with tax planning guidance and support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality
