Roles & Responsibilities
- Support Hiring Across Roles: Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination across various roles.
- Recruitment Tracking: Track candidates, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely progress throughout the hiring process.
- Candidate Communication: Engage with candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- TA Team Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with job postings, recruitment reports, and day-to-day hiring operations.
- Hiring Exposure: Gain hands-on exposure to recruitment processes and understand how hiring decisions are made in a fast-growing startup.
