About Traya Health
The rapidly expanding health IT startup Traya (Tatvartha Health Private Limited) specializes on treating chronic conditions in millennials. November 2020 saw the release of Traya following extensive clinical and commercial study. Our journey began with the management of hair loss, and we are gradually branching out to address other chronic conditions like gut health, hormones, and cholesterol. Helping our patients manage their illnesses is all that we want to do. We are science agnostic, we are big fans of data-backed science, be it Ayurveda, allopathy, or nutrition.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, ensuring a welcoming and smooth clinic experience
- Direct customers to the next available Hair Coach and help manage in-store customer flow
- Schedule and manage appointments for coaches and doctors
- Educate customers about Traya’s science-based approach to hair health and address basic queries
- Share relevant educational materials and highlight customer success stories to build trust
- Support customers throughout their visit to ensure a seamless consultation process
- Assist the ASM and coaches with daily clinic operations and coordination
- Maintain basic records and ensure compliance with clinic procedures

Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
