Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences
- Provide support throughout the shopping journey to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Build positive customer relationships and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction
- Promote brand products, offers, and ongoing promotional campaigns effectively
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and business objectives
- Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions by providing relevant information
- Drive product awareness and encourage customer engagement with the brand
- Support visual merchandising activities by folding, arranging, and replenishing merchandise according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including stock receiving, tagging, organizing, and replenishment activities
