Roles & Responsibilities
- Arrange, monitor, and set up applicants for the interview procedure.
- Gathering documents, auditing them, and supporting the offer release procedure
- Ensure regular and prompt data collection, analysis, and reporting that informs management decisions.
- When necessary, operational tracking and reporting
- Keep up with and make necessary updates to the database’s records.
- Provide assistance to diverse endeavors for the efficient implementation, observation, evaluation, and tracking of the results.
- Gain a thorough grasp of the main TA responsibilities and their effects on business.
- Become familiar with the procedures and equipment that support TA projects.
