Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist different business units with end-to-end sourcing efforts.
- Use internal databases, social media, job portals, and LinkedIn to find and connect with possible applicants.
- Resumes are screened, and candidate profiles are compared to job criteria.
- Organize and plan interviews for daily recruitment cycles and hiring efforts.
- Ensure that tracking sheets and internal systems have accurate candidate data.
- Help recruiters with communication, follow-ups, and the logistics of interviews.
