Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting the creation of the brand’s online storefronts
- Creating and managing a pre-launch timeline while working with many teams to guarantee the stores are prepared for opening.
- Overseeing communications with project stakeholders
- Working closely with the operations and training teams to obtain comprehensive understanding for the launch
- Establishing and keeping track of performance criteria, such as calculating the proportion of stores that have finished their digital transformation and the revenue contributions from those stores
