Roles & Responsibilities
- Term sheets, shareholder agreements, share subscription agreements, share purchase agreements, and other investment documents may be reviewed and updated with your help.
- You might help portfolio firms with compliance monitoring and cap table cleanups.
- Participate on internal calls regarding live deals, including exits, structuring, diligence, and unique circumstances.
- Investigate and compile internal notes on any SEBI, Companies Act, RBI, or compliance-related issues that arise.
- Help with any additional pertinent responsibilities
