Roles & Responsibilities
- Support program managers in tracking tasks, timelines, risks, and dependencies across ongoing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of action items and deliverables.
- Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and summary updates for stakeholders.
- Maintain and update program trackers, documentation, and dashboards.
- Follow up on open items and support alignment across teams.
- Assist in organizing meetings, reviews, and cross-functional discussions.
- Support ad hoc program-related activities as required.
