Noise (legal name Nexxbase Marketing), an Indian consumer electronics company based in Gurugram, was established in 2014 and rose to the top of the wristwatch market in the nation, holding a 29% market share in the first quarter of 2025. After investing $20 million in April 2025, which resulted in a valuation of ₹3,990 crore, the company generated operational revenue of ₹1,431 crore and a loss of ₹20 crore in FY24. More than 90% of Noise’s smartwatches were produced domestically as of early 2025, promoting the “Make in India” movement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Investigate possible foreign partners in-depth across all industries.
- Create outreach lists by identifying the target organizations’ key decision-makers and SPOCs.
- Create and oversee email and LinkedIn outreach programs, making sure that all communications are engaging and professional.
- Help create pitch decks, proposals, and partnership presentations that are specific to various businesses.
- Encourage discussions and help to conclude strategic alliances
- Monitor and oversee partnership pipelines while keeping thorough records and follow-ups.
- Ensure seamless execution and alignment by helping to manage relationships with partners after closure.
Requirements
- A Tier 1 institution’s graduate or postgraduate program (MBA or equivalent desired)
- It will be advantageous to have one to two years of prior experience in consulting, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Outstanding analytical and research abilities, with the capacity to spot pertinent prospects
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
- Proactive, resourceful, and at ease in a fast-paced startup setting are traits of an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Cultural sensitivity combined with a global perspective for conducting business internationally
