About Traya Health
The rapidly expanding health IT startup Traya (Tatvartha Health Private Limited) specializes on treating chronic conditions in millennials. November 2020 saw the release of Traya following extensive clinical and commercial study. Our journey began with the management of hair loss, and we are gradually branching out to address other chronic conditions like gut health, hormones, and cholesterol. Helping our patients manage their illnesses is all that we want to do. We are science agnostic, we are big fans of data-backed science, be it Ayurveda, allopathy, or nutrition.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Product Research & User Insights: To gain a deeper understanding of client pain issues, do user research and collect feedback. assistance in converting discoveries into workable product concepts.
- Feature Planning & Documentation: Help with wireframe creation, user stories, and product requirement documents (PRDs). Make sure features are in line with business objectives and have a defined scope.
- Support for Execution: Work together with the engineering and design teams to guarantee that product features are implemented smoothly. Monitor development progress and assist in overcoming obstacles.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Examine user behavior and product performance indicators to find areas that could utilize optimization and improvement.
- Competitor benchmarking: Keep an eye on market developments and rival goods to guide your product strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: To guarantee a successful launch of new features and ongoing product enhancement, cooperate with the marketing, operations, and customer service departments.
Requirements
- AÂ keen interest in consumer-facing tech products, user experience, and product management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities along with a methodical approach to thinking.
- Fundamental knowledge of agile methodologies and the product development process.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- It is advantageous to have experience with programs like Google Analytics, Jira, Figma, Excel, and others.
- The capacity to quickly adjust in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a prestigious university with a bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering.
