Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing the onboarding process
- Keeping all personnel data up to date
- Making sure that human resource policies and procedures are properly implemented
- Timely creation, preparation, and analysis of a variety of reports for stakeholders
- Overseeing HR operations and procedures, such as background and medical checks prior to hire, post-hire, and employee life cycle support
Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Commitment and ownership
- Strong analytical ability
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Command over MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
