Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research for the company, focusing on existing land cases.
- Assist in the drafting of legal documents related to company tenders.
- Write management and franchise agreements for hotels.
- Conduct research and draught licencing and other related agreements.
- Deal with intellectual property, labour and employment law, and data security issues.
- Work on corporate law, which will include ensuring that the Companies Act and other relevant statutes are being followed.

Duration
The Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation internship will be for a period of 6 months.
