Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform basic research on appropriate secondary sources and synthesise business information into pre-formatted knowledge outputs that are either standard or customised.
- Provide research in response to requests from internal E&Y practitioners, either alone or as part of project teams, while adhering to strict quality assurance requirements.
- Translate complicated, strategic, or ambiguous business demands into integrated knowledge solutions by determining the fundamental reason for the request and managing the requestor’s expectations.
- Collaboration with RMS colleagues and requestors is essential.
- Encourage the firm’s leveraged expertise and information resources to be shared.
Skills Required
- Self-motivation is required.
- Strong understanding of the context and backdrop of the research need.
- Process-driven.
- Excellent logical reasoning abilities.
- Should be able to think and communicate in an organised manner; should be able to listen to and properly capture others’ thoughts, expectations, and concerns; and should reply to queries in a clear and succinct manner.
- Problem-solving abilities are exceptional.
- Customer service qualities that are exceptional include timeliness, quality dedication, attention to detail, and correctness.
- Should have a strong and driven work ethic as well as be a great team player.
