Roles & Responsibilities

Providing clients with a WOW experience through all channels
Welcome, smile, and interact with clients to learn about their needs
Make use of an omnichannel channel to market goods and services that satisfy consumers’ needs.
Help clients use digital platforms to increase their selection
Make sure I get informed about Decathlon’s offerings, services, and goods through all available channels.
Make sure my sport has the greatest possible offer, display, and accessibility.
Provide items, stock storage, and data protection to ensure the safety of consumers and coworkers in-store.
Choose the best deal to provide my customers with the best goods and services.
Project sales based on trends or seasonality and make sure that stock levels are suitable
Create an engaging layout using powerful visual merchandising techniques to boost sales
Become proficient with the tools required to provide my users with the best possible offer, display, and availability.
Improve local omnichannel performance in sports
Ensuring sport’s expansion and market share
Serve as a sports ambassador by creating a supportive sports community.
Improving user/customer participation in catchment sports practice
Join forces with the appropriate partners that can provide playgrounds, workshops, and events to assist clients in practicing their sport.
Use the information gathered from omni-channel data to inform data-driven decisions for users and customers.
