Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on end-to-end invoice processing
- Work on managing day-to-day activities of financial processing, including invoice processing, payables, and receivables
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues related to pricing, material, delivery, and billing errors
- Coordinate with plant for correct GRN quantity, material damages, quality issues & invoice booking
- Handle queries of vendors w.r.t to payments
- Work on PO creation related to manpower, material, services, transporters & material code creation
- Work on the resolution of compliance issues (GRIR, MSME, Open PO, vendor aging, CG query) in close coordination with the compliance team
- Handle GST reconciliation, balance confirmation, TCS query

Duration
The Marico Limited internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
