Roles & Responsibilities
- Bring new ideas to the market.
- Create premium beauty breakthroughs based on customer insights, from concept to product, packaging, and marketing materials.
- Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee effective and timely launches (CMI, R&D, supply chain, artwork excellence, fragrance team).
- Relaunch the core through improved communication and packaging.
- Assist with the relaunches of the core FCs in India and Indonesia (including insight development, briefing, and working with design houses for packaging)
- Collaborate with agency partners to create effective communications using best-in-class assets across all media, including television, print, and internet.
- Collaborate closely with local marketing teams to ensure that we land combinations that are relevant to local customers, while monitoring market and business performance and 6P inputs.
Location
This is a work from home internship opportunity.
Duration
The HUL internship will be for a period of 6 months.
