About EEPC INDIA – Ministry Of Commerce & Industry
The EEPC India is India’s leading trade and investment promotion organisation. It is sponsored by the Government of India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry and caters to the Indian engineering sector. It actively contributes to the Government of India’s policies as an advisory body and serves as a link between the engineering sector and the government. EEPC India, which was founded in 1955, presently has over 13,000 members, 60% of whom are SMEs.
EEPC India organises a variety of promotional activities, including buyer-seller meetings (BSM) in India and abroad, overseas trade fairs/exhibitions, and India pavilions/information booths at selected overseas exhibitions, to demonstrate the capabilities of the Indian engineering industry and to provide true value as propagated by brand India to overseas buyers. EEPC India’s own brand, the India Engineering Exhibition (INDEE), is one of the world’s major engineering expositions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather fresh information and create a new database (engineering industry)
- Make use of both the old and new databases to publicise the event and workshop.
- Send emails with new and old client information.
- Assist the marketing and sales teams with their daily tasks.
Location
This is a work from home internship opportunity.
Duration
The Aditya Birla Capital internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.20,000 / month
