Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on improving the Josh Talks Youtube channel’s funnel.
- Collaborate with the content team to improve marketing integration, streamline process, and boost productivity.
- Maintain that all content needs are completed on a weekly basis, and that the funnel has enough videos to ensure a steady stream of app users.
- Keep track of and report on data on a daily basis.
- Work on content optimization, testing, and copywriting.
- Define and manage Josh’s social media content as well as brand communication.
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing initiatives and programmes.
- Leverage our growing system and contribute to it.
Requirements
- The most important qualification is that you have a strong interest in and understanding of growth marketing and content.
- Ability to cooperate with curators, producers, editors, product marketers, and others to develop high-quality content in cross-functional teams.
- Copywriting, content marketing, and funnel marketing experience.
- A desire to learn about and influence how people act online.
- Possessing a developing mentality.
- A focus on industry best practises for content marketing platforms as they evolve.
- Photoshop/Canva or any other programme that aids in creative control is advantageous.

The Josh Talks internship will be for a period of 6 months.

Stipend: Rs.25,000 / month
