Roles & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the organization’s overall recruiting strategy to ensure that our teams are made up of a broad group of talented employees.
- Ensure a pleasant applicant recruiting experience by developing and implementing end-to-end candidate hiring practises.
- Work with recruiting managers to determine personnel requirements in various regions and departments.
- Consult with managers and other employees to determine candidate selection criteria.
- Use internet resources like LinkedIn, Indeed, Updazz, Hirist, Internshala, and other professional networks to find candidates.
- Write job descriptions and interview questions that match each position’s criteria.
- Create a list of interview and selection procedures, including phone screenings, evaluations, and interviews.
- Keep track of all documents used in the recruiting process, including interview notes and other papers, and share them with important stakeholders.

Duration
The Travelxp internship will be for a period of 6 months.
